Haiku Sunday (54-57)

Summer Blueberries

Summer blueberries,
Exploding inside my mouth.
Nature’s little treat.

Humble blueberries,
Waiting for nimble fingers,
To quickly pluck them.

They are my childhood.
We picked buckets for pancakes,
Muffins and ice cream.

Plump, ripe blueberries,
Bursting in the summer sun.
I love blueberries!

Whether it's fine dining on discourse or nibbling on morsels of delectable villanelles, I appreciate good company, good wine, and a stunning backdrop. I am a mom, tiny houser, vegetarian (flirting with veganism), and a minimalist. I'm a wild woman in a mad world and an explorer of the unexpected.
