Black Bean ​Soup

As usual this recipe is quick, easy and delicious.


(2) 15-oz. cans of black beans (drained and rinsed)
(1) 14.5 oz. can of Mexican stewed tomatoes (undrained)
(1) 11 oz can whole kernel corn (drained)
4 sliced green onions
3 tbs chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1-2 minced garlic

Combine all of the ingredients in your crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours.  Top with crushed tortilla chips or avocado. 4 Servings
