2 ripe avocados (diced)
1 diced Roma tomato
1/4 cup sweet onion (chopped)
1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
salt and pepper to taste
a squirt or two of lemon or lime juice
Directions (as if you needed them)
Place the ingredients into a bowl. Stir until the pulp of the avocado starts to break down. Yep! It’s just that easy. Serve with chips and salsa or whatever else you like guac on. Makes about 4-6 servings (or in our house…3).
