Washington, Seattle. One of the largest cannabis celebrations is Seattle’s HempFest. Every August under glorious weather, this festival will blow your mind. The festival is celebrating its 28th year. The “protestival” is said to be the largest annual cannabis policy reform event in the world. It’s grown from 500 to over 200,000 participants!
